Refunds, Returns and Exchanges:

At Urban Avenue Shoppes, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need a refund, return, or exchange, please contact us within 90 days of receiving your merchandise.

Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted within 90 days of the date you received your merchandise by contacting:

Refunds require authorization before processing. Please include:

• Your order number

• The reason for your refund request

• Clear images of the merchandise

You generally do not need to ship the merchandise back. Unless applicable local law requires the merchandise to be returned, or we specifically request that you return it, you may keep the merchandise.

If we request that merchandise be returned, Urban Avenue Shoppes will provide or pay for the return shipping.

Once your refund has been authorized and processed, the time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Refunds normally appear within 3–5 business days, although processing times may vary.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 90 days of receiving your merchandise.

Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and images of the merchandise. Follow the return instructions provided with your authorization.

In most cases, merchandise does not need to be shipped back unless we specifically request it or applicable law requires its return. If we request that you ship the merchandise back, we will pay the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 90 days of receiving your merchandise, provided the item is not personalized or customized.

Please include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and images of the merchandise. An exchange must be authorized before the item is returned or replaced.

Personalized or customized merchandise is not eligible for exchange unless required by applicable law.
